By accessing, registering, or using the 578jl platform (the "Platform") at 578jl.co, you ("User," "Player," "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending compliance review.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility. 578jl is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 578jl does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
2.4 Exclusion of Minors. If 578jl determines that a Player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned subject to verification of the deposit source.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 578jl Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. 578jl may, at its sole discretion, close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings, bonuses, or balance associated with such accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update your account information promptly should it change. 578jl is not responsible for account access issues arising from outdated or inaccurate contact information provided by the Player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 578jl immediately of any suspected unauthorised use of your account. 578jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 578jl customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms. 578jl reserves the right to close or suspend any account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at its sole discretion upon reasonable notice.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 578jl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit at 578jl is ₱100 via most payment methods. Specific minimum and maximum amounts per method are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 578jl within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or where KYC verification is pending.
4.4 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals. Full account verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") is required before a Player's first withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw until verification is approved. 578jl may request re-verification at any time.
4.5 Own Account Payments. All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 578jl reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend the account where third-party funding is suspected.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on 578jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). 578jl does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 578jl Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
5.2 Finality of Results. Game outcomes and bet settlement on 578jl are final once confirmed by the system. Technical glitches or interruptions that affect outcome determination will be handled in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules. 578jl's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject only to applicable regulatory review.
5.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 578jl Platform: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; collusion between players; exploitation of software bugs or errors; arbitrage betting against the Platform; and any form of cheating or fraudulent activity. 6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers at 578jl are available to eligible registered Players who have completed all required verification steps. 578jl reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses credited to your 578jl account are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be requested. Wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 578jl employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on low-risk combinations to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
6.4 Expiry. Bonuses not claimed or fully wagered within the stated promotional period will expire and be forfeited. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.
7.1 Commitment. 578jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality check pop-ups, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings without requiring a support request.
7.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who believe they have or are developing a gambling problem may request self-exclusion from the 578jl Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and block access to all real-money gaming on the Platform for the chosen duration.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 578jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including losses arising from system downtime, data loss, or delayed transactions.
9.3 578jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
578jl collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. 578jl does not sell personal data to third parties.
578jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 578jl Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform immediately and request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Players who are also subject to PAGCOR-administered dispute resolution procedures may escalate unresolved disputes through the applicable PAGCOR channels.
